01) Get large open top dumpster
02) Go through chair mountain
03) Get chairs out of pool house separate out those that need repaired
04) Order straps for chaise and chairs

06) Scrape and then repaint dive stations
07) Remove and replace bolt(s) on low dive mount
08) Check diving board fulcrum(s)
09) Seal pressure treated diving board stands
10) Plumbing repairs in Pool house?
11) Guard stand chairs, can current ones be re-covered?

13) PA system on pool house,  currently have in PER room closet
14) Are wall clocks still in guard shack and outside pool house wall

17) Need a count on trash cans and lids (16 cans & lids)
18) Check signs to make sure they are current
19) Clean up guard room area
20) Leaf / trash removal dumpster is to be taken this week
21) Pressure wash pool deck (guards are working on this)
22) Pressure wash shelter deck
23) Pressure wash patio check on concrete sealant for patio
24) Sand for volleyball court
25) Replace sump drains around skimmers (VGB Pool & Spa Safety Act). To be plugged this year as mfg not making our size fittings yet.
26) Have CPM remove unnecessary chemical barrels from pump room
27) Need new exhaust fan for utility shed
28) Pool letter, rule & regulations. Pool cards
29) Check all lights (outside lights and pool lights)
30) Gutter needs repair on back side of pool house
31) Wooden gate needs to have spring closure fixed
32) Toss old rotten wooden guard chair
33) Grilles (are we going to get a couple more?)
34) White board for shelter
35) “Private party” sign for shelter gate
36) Is there a lodge gas can?  Yes
37) Bug Spray and granular – in guard office to be sprayed weekend of May 22nd
38) Fix Sinkhole between volleyball court and back fence
39) Fill new hole (drain repairs) beside volleyball court once repairs are confirmed.  Refilled 05/16, more rain, more issues.
40) Pressure wash/clean locker rooms
41) Check/replace/repair/add light fixtures and/or covers in pool house (locker rooms, entrance, guard office)
