At least one team member must be an Elks Lodge Member in good standing. The registration fee for each team is $25 per category OR for $75 you can do 3 (or more) categories. Each team may have up to 6 members. A completed entry form and the registration fee must be turned in to the Bar or Lodge Office no later than Sunday, October 9th.
