For the meeting dinner we will be cooking hamburgers on the grill outside. These will be served with all the fixin’s and chips for $5.00 a plate. The food will be ready by 7:00 and, for those that want to eat, we will have dinner during our meeting which takes place at 7:30.
 
We will still conduct all of our regular business but it will be a little more informal so we can comfortably discuss all of our upcoming events and plans.
