At least one team member must be an Elks Lodge Member in good standing. Each team may have up to 6 members. The registration fee for each team is $20 per category OR for $50 you can do 3 (or more) categories. A completed entry form and the registration fee must be turned in to the Bar or Lodge Office no later than Sunday, November 12th.
